My client is seeking RMN/RNLD staff nurses to join their private hospital based in Hampshire where they specialise in the care of patients with mental/physical illness, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. JOB SUMMARY: To provide a quality of care to each individual that is of a high standard, being sensitive to individual abilities, respecting privacy and catering for social, emotional, religious and cultural needs whilst encouraging a comprehensive programme of ordinary living with an emphasis on self help skills. Hours are 38.5 per week on a rota basis being three days one week and four days the following week, which can include some weekends. Salary is £24,500-£26815 depending on experience.
