Compliance
As a supplier of staff to the NHS it is our responsibility to ensure that all our working
candidates have up to date Compliance documentation. It is very important that we organise this
well in advance (at least 2 months for the CRB) so that we are able to place you in a suitable post when you want to start work.
We will send you our introduction pack which explains everything you need to know but these are the essentials:
- An enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) disclosure.
- Occupational Health Clearance
- Mandatory Training Course Certificates (Manual Handling and Basic Life Support) and Online Training Courses
We will also need a copy of your visa if you are coming from overseas and you will need to complete our
application form that we send out with the registration pack.
Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) disclosure.
In line with the regulations set out by NHS PASA we require a CRB to be processed through CMS even if you already have a CRB through another agency.
The most important step is to complete the CRB form as it can sometimes take up to 2 months to process.
We will send you the form to complete and then will post it to the bureau as soon as you have returned
it complete with payment for the processing costs and your identification documents.
Please provide the following necessary identification documents:
- Your passport (and if possible, your driving license)
And one item from the following:
- A bank statement
- Utility bill (mobile phone bill/credit card statement)
These items must be less than 3 months old and show your current address.
When completing the CRB form please do not leave any gaps in your address history, i.e. make sure
they are continuous or the CRB will send it back to us.
It is very important that you return the CRB to us in good time so that we can organise a
suitable post for you as soon as you want to start work.
