Recruitment Procedure
Our recruitment procedure is outlined step by step below:
- As soon as you have registered with us online we will telephone you to discuss your exact job requirements and to advise you with anything that you might need help with.
- Please note that in order to work as a professional through Countrywide Medical Selection in the UK it is a mandatory requirement to obtain state registration with the Health Professions Council. Click here for more information on the HPC registration.
- We will then post you our introduction pack which explains everything you need to know about the necessary compliance documentation that you will need to organise such as your CRB disclosure, your Occupational Health clearance and your Training Certificates. This is all explained in detail in the Compliance section of this website.
- We will make sure that all your compliance documents are organised well in advance even if you are coming from abroad so that you can start work in a suitable position exactly when you want to.
- We will be in close contact with you throughout the recruitment procedure and will discuss all the possible positions that we can put you forward for before doing so.
- When we have placed you in a suitable position we will post you out our starter pack. This will contain a letter explaining your pay, how to complete the timesheets, and instructions about your first day in the position. It will also contain a personal identity badge and a health and safety training manual.
