Drivers
We realize that when it comes to the movement of NHS vehicles, safety is the key.
The A&E, Rapid Response, PTS and other fleet vehicles must be in safe hands during their
transfer between various locations together with the transport of patients. They must also
be in the right place at the right time, with enough time to be equipped to save lives.
We pride ourselves on providing the most disciplined and professional drivers in the industry.
We adopt a very rigorous procedure in selecting the drivers for these important posts.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Reference, identification and license checks.
- Updates produced of drivers’ assessment every three months.
- Easy access by the user to drivers’ documentation.
- Compliance with the 2006 initiated government body Vosa, ensuring safety through random checks in conjunction with The Working Times Directive, so that the workforce does not become dangerously overstretched.
- Unique professional appearance with name badges and Cm staff uniforms.
