Mechanical Technicians
With CMS mechanical technicians on the road as well as at our make-ready centres, these
are mobile personnel by definition. The maintenance and efficiency of the ambulance fleet is
inherent to the safety of our clients’ ambulance service, where there is no such thing as a ‘small’ mistake.
Our recruits are affronted by the same ‘training, training, training’ ethos as in other disciplines, before
being released into the marketplace in their professional CMS uniforms.
However, equipped with licenses to drive vehicles up to 7 ½ tons and City & Guilds qualifications to levels III or IV, they
do not just look the part but redefine it.
